2. Access Modalities and Account Creation

2.1. To access Brandolia's services, the user must:

  • Be of legal age or have the authorization of a legal representative
  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • Maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials

2.2. Brandolia reserves the right to refuse access to the service to any user who does not comply with these conditions.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1. Generated Content:

  • The user retains all rights to the generated brand elements
  • Brandolia grants itself a non-exclusive license to use the creations for service improvement purposes
  • The user guarantees that they have the necessary rights to the elements provided for generation

4.2. Platform:

  • Brandolia retains all rights to the platform and its algorithms
  • Use of the service does not grant any ownership rights over the underlying technology

4.3. User Responsibility for Generated Content:

  • The user is solely responsible for the content generated through Brandolia, including ensuring it does not infringe upon third-party intellectual property rights.
  • By using Brandolia, the user guarantees that the generated creations do not substantially reproduce or imitate any existing protected trademarks, logos, or brand identities (e.g., Nike, Apple, etc.).
  • Brandolia disclaims all liability in case of illegal, fraudulent, or infringing use of the generated content.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1. Brandolia undertakes to:
