Your details stay in this browser. They are not saved or uploaded. A logo URL loads its image from that website.

Add your signature to your email

Gmail

Copy the signature, open Gmail Settings, choose See all settings, then create a signature under General. Paste it, choose your signature defaults and save changes.

Outlook

In Outlook on the web, open Settings, then Accounts and Signatures. Create a signature and paste it. Menu names vary between Outlook versions.

Apple Mail

In Mail on Mac, open Settings and Signatures. Select your account, add a signature and paste it. Turn off the default message font option if you want to retain the original formatting.

What makes a professional email signature?

Keep your name, role, company and preferred contact method easy to read. Use one accent color and a small logo. Avoid large banners, too many links and essential information embedded only in images.

Arabic and English email signatures

Use right-to-left layout for an Arabic signature and left-to-right layout for an English signature. Email addresses, phone numbers and website links keep their reading direction. You can type either language into every field.

Frequently asked questions

Is this email signature generator really free?

Yes. Create, customize, copy and download signatures for free, without an account or a subscription.

Does it work with Gmail and Outlook?

The generator exports table-based HTML with inline styles for common email clients. Paste the formatted signature into your email settings and send a test email. Fonts, spacing and images can vary by client and recipient settings.

Can I add my company logo?

Yes. Use a publicly accessible HTTPS image URL. Images hosted behind a login will not appear for recipients, and some email clients block remote images until the recipient allows them.

Can I make an Arabic email signature?

Yes. Enter your Arabic details and choose right-to-left direction. The Arabic version of this page selects that direction by default.

Choose information recipients need

Focus on your name, role, company and preferred contact method. Add a website or professional profile only when it is useful. Review every address and link before copying the signature into a business account. Avoid turning a short message into an oversized advertisement. A compact signature is easier to scan on a phone and less likely to overwhelm the message itself.

Match your identity without relying on images

Use one restrained accent color and a layout that stays understandable when images are blocked. The logo should support the contact details, not replace them. Choose a publicly accessible HTTPS image URL and make sure you have permission to use it. Keep essential information as ordinary text. Review mixed Arabic and English details carefully, including phone numbers, links and the selected text direction.

Send a real compatibility test

After pasting the formatted signature into your email settings, send a message to another account. Check the received version on desktop and mobile, with images both enabled and blocked. Mail clients can alter spacing, fonts and images; the preview cannot guarantee identical rendering everywhere. Downloaded HTML is a reusable starting point, not a promise that every email client imports files in the same way.

Privacy and maintenance

The editor runs in your browser and does not upload entered contact details to Brandolia. A remote logo loads from its own host when the preview or received message requests it. Do not include information you do not want recipients to see. Keep separate approved language versions if necessary. Update the signature when your role, website or address changes, and remove links that no longer lead to the intended destination.
